Warns of leaks and overflows in the bath, kitchen, laundry, attic, basement, or anywhere there is a potential for leaks to occur.
Alerts user within hearing range that water has reached the desired level when used to monitor the filling of pools, tubs, sinks, aquariums and more
An ideal backup system for sump and bilge pumps in residential, commercial and marine applications
For leak detection:
Just place the sensor at the lowest point of the floor or other horizontal surface where water collects. The new adhesive tape makes it easy to apply sensor to any smooth vertical surface. The alarm will sound if water bridges between the two contacts. The alarm can be a table, shelf, or wall-mounted away from the sensor.
For unattended filling of bathtubs, pools, spas, etc:
The sensor has suction cup and adhesive; use either to attach the sensor to any vertical surface. The buzzer will sound when the water reaches both metal contacts on the sensor

As you know when we fill up a Bet hub it’s not always fun, for example if you forgot to turn off the water while you take just one phone call.
But this is amazing I hold it in the medicine chest and when I want to fill it up I just stick it on the bet hub wall, and it rings when it reaches the right height.

Safer now that I have protection on my 210 gal salt water reef tank. Well constructed and loud enough to hear easily.

Exactly what I needed, actually much smaller than I expected. Super sensitive. GREAT!!! I would recommend this product to anyone.

After replacing our basement foundation drainage system, we installed the sensor on the side of the sump pump well to warn of sump pump failure. It also sits next to our washing machine, so it will warn if a hose or valve fails on that, as well. We tested it with a small bit of water and it sounded immediately. It’s plenty loud to hear upstairs or even on the second floor. I like that it has a remote sensor so the alarm itself is well off the floor. We hung it on the wall behind the washing machine. Like a fire alarm, we hope we never need it, but it’s good to have.

I wanted a water alarm for the water heater on the second floor, where any leak would be disastrous. This alarm is loud enough to be heard anywhere in the house. It’s very easy to set up and as small as I’d hoped. Luckily, there’s been no leak to set it off, but it gives me peace of mind.

I actually own 2 of these, and earlier model and this one and they work great, no reason to waste money on an expensive one when this does the trick, I have one next to my sump pump and one next to the wash tub my washing machine empties into and they have saved me a mess several times

Excellent product; every homeowner should have several installed. That is all I have to say on the subject. The alarm has prevented several potential disasters.

Great!!

Worked awesome in my application. Mounted the controller above my sump, and ran the sensor down through the sump cap and hangs just above the water line. Mounted it to a plate to keep it plumb.

Item works great

The alarm is intuitive and is a must for aquarium enthusiasts with a closed stand.
Fancy lights are nice but noting is more important then having a leak alarm

Exactly what I needed. Simple to set up and use.

Does exactly what you need when it detects water…sound a loud alarm when water makes contact to the two metal prongs. The suction cup on one side of the sensor does not stick too well on metal, but the other side has double sided tape and that sticks well.

Old house, aging appliances. Need I say more? This remote sensor was easy to set up next to my water heater. Also, have one near the wash machine just in case. Such a simple device at so little cost could stave off a household water disaster not to mention months of headaches getting repairs done, and working with insurers.

Good. Installed inside Sump Pump after installing a Radon Mitigation Dome.

As soon as I took this out of the box I was immediately impressed. You can tell right away that it is a quality device. I ave had several of these and not only were they cheap, they also looked cheap. This one has a more substantial wire to start with, feels more solid and looks more like a quality product. I plan to buy more soon in case I want to place more around my home

.Compact with remote sensor. Remote sensor has different mounting positions. Works really well and loud. I have one on the air conditioner emergency drip pan, under several sinks and even one under the deep freezer which has dripped in the past.
