All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx Expedited Services, if selected. If your shipping address requires the use of a PO Box, please be sure to select Standard Shipping. 

For orders outside the US, the recipient is responsible for all additional import fees such as customs fees, duties and taxes upon arrival to their country.

Fees for Address Corrections, Refused or Returned Deliveries due to incorrect information provided (including transposed numbers and missing information) are the responsibility of the customer. This charge will be billed separately to the credit card used for your purchase.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Sonin Online Store Return Policy

Items purchased from our Sonin Online Store may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proper authorization. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Sonin Inc. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returned items must be NEW and in original packaging with all accessories. Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded, unless it is an error on our part. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
